16th Birthday (October. 11,2009)

This was a while ago but it was a big event that happened this year. I turned 16 on October. 11. I had a surprise Sweet 16. It was a dance party with a DJ. (My dream party) I had tons of friends there and my family came also. It was a blast. I am so happy to have such great family and friends because they set this up for me. I can't believe that I am 16 now. It's crazy. I got my license and I've gone on a date. I love being 16 but it can get stressful at times. Getting a job, school, dating, and etc. It can be rough but I live each day to the fullest and a take one step at a time.

That was the best party that I've ever had. It was always my dream Sweet 16 party and I was lucky and got to have one. We all had a great time dancing and listening to music. Thanks for an awesome party to everyone that helped out. You guys are the best!!!! (:

Christmas Eve!!

Tonight I had my family Christmas Eve party. We ate dinner, played some games and spent time together. I love my family very much and I wish I could spend every second with them. Merry Christmas!!

Christmas

I love this time of the year. It really brings the spirit to me. I love being with my family and going to parties. It really helps me to think about my family and how special they are to me. They build me up and help me out throughout my life. Christmas is a time of love, giving and spending time with my family. I think a lot about the families that don't get a good Christmas because of the economy, family problems or anything else. It really makes me sad because I would do anything to get them to have a Christmas. My school did a sub for Santa this year. It really made me happy when I found out that we made over $7,000 for the families in American Fork that can't afford Christmas this year. I donated some money and I just feel so happy that I could do that for them. We should be thankful for what we have in our lives and think of how it would be with nothing. We should think of others that don't get a Christmas and how it would be if we didn't have that. I am so very thankful. I love my family so much and I hope they know that. (:

2010

2009 is almost over. I am ready to start fresh on a new year. I am ready to make changes and become a new person. My Heavenly Father has helped me out over the last couple of weeks. I have decided that I want to become somebody new and never look back. 2010 will be a whole different year and I can start fresh and let everything go. I can be myself and be who I want to be. I will look toward the future and let the past go. I will remember who I am and what I stand for. I will make good choices in 2010 and make it the best year that I've ever had. I have set new goals and I know I can accomplish them. I am so thankful for the gospel and my Heavenly Father. I am so thankful for my family and friends. I wouldn't be me without them. I am so thankful for the scriptures and church. I am so thankful to be where I am and who I am.
